By accessing or using CritterHelp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CritterHelp is operated by WildPipe, LLC.
CritterHelp is a platform that connects people experiencing wildlife emergencies or conflicts with licensed wildlife rehabilitators and wildlife control operators. We also provide tools for wildlife professionals to manage their intake, dispatch helpers, and integrate with other systems.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Wildlife rehabilitators and control operators who list their services on CritterHelp represent that they hold valid licenses and permits as required by their state and federal regulations. CritterHelp does not verify the credentials of listed providers and is not responsible for the quality of services provided.
When you submit an intake report, you agree that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Intake reports are shared with the designated wildlife professional. CritterHelp is not responsible for the outcome of any wildlife situation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRITTERHELP DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY WILDLIFE PROFESSIONAL WILL RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST, OR THAT THE OUTCOME OF ANY WILDLIFE SITUATION WILL BE FAVORABLE.
CritterHelp is a connection platform and does not provide wildlife rehabilitation or control services directly. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to the actions or inactions of listed providers, the outcome of wildlife situations, or any loss of data.
